We ask our guests to embrace a dress code that is described as “upscale fashionable.” Please refrain from gym wear, beach wear, or athletic wear, including but not limited to flip flops, slides, sweatshirts, or sweatpants, exposed undergarments or overly revealing, torn or distressed attire. For gentlemen, no open-toed shoes or sleeveless shirts, and pants are preferred, however, tailored dress shorts are allowed during the summer season. Guests are requested to check their hats at the door.

 Access to Mr. Edison is at the discretion of the management team, which reserves the right to enforce this policy and/or refuse entry to guests who are not appropriately dressed.

At Mr. Edison, the guest experience is paramount. We welcome our guests to capture personal photos and brief videos of their evening, and we are grateful when special moments are shared.

 To preserve the atmosphere of the room and the comfort of all guests, photography and videography must be conducted discreetly, respectfully, and without disrupting the dining or entertainment experience. Flash photography, external lighting, tripods, monopods, gimbals, microphones, or other professional photography and filming equipment are not permitted without prior written approval from management. Commercial photography, influencer shoots, staged content, brand collaborations, and professional photo or video sessions must be arranged in advance with management.

 Guests may not photograph or film other guests, performers, or team members in a way that is intrusive, obstructive, or without appropriate consent. Extended filming of live entertainment, blocking aisles or sightlines, moving through the dining room for content, or creating any disruption to service or the guest experience is not permitted. Management reserves the right to ask guests to stop photography or filming at any time. Continued disruption may result in removal from the premises at the discretion of the management team.
